Ets2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms of use for the ets2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services on ets2.bio. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ets2 platform — including the ets2.bio website and mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
To use the ets2 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
- Be solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
- Not be on any exclusion list or have previously been banned from accessing the ets2 platform.
- Register with information that is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Registration using a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the platform immediately.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Identity Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ets2 platform. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, an active mobile number, and a valid email address.
Password and login security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ets2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited activities
Users are prohibited from using the ets2 platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, misuse of payment systems, or harassment of other users. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform also constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the ets2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX (internet banking transfer) and selected digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used are legally obtained and belong to them.
The following applies to all financial transactions on ets2:
- Deposit transactions are typically processed within a few minutes to one hour depending on the chosen method.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process and may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the receiving bank and chosen withdrawal method.
- Ets2 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification purposes where necessary.
- Any taxes or charges levied by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-refundable to the original payment method except under specific conditions approved by ets2.
Ets2 is not liable for any delays or failed transactions caused by third parties such as banks, digital wallet providers, or payment networks.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
Ets2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using multiple accounts or sharing an account with another user.
- Fraud, collusion, or the use of unauthorised third-party software to manipulate games.
- Registering with false information or information that is inconsistent with what was provided during identity verification.
- Any activity suspected of involving money laundering or illegal financing.
If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ets2's discretion.
Platform liability limits
Ets2 bears no liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or errors in the display of information that are beyond the platform's control. ets2's liability in any case is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual property rights
All content on the ets2 platform — including interface design, logos, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of ets2 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ets2.
Third-party links and services
The ets2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. ets2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Ets2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
